Establish, maintain and operate a viable system of accretion storage and retrieval of adequate, complete and integrated body of knowledge and information; and provide quality service delivery of such to the students, faculty, researchers and general public.

A viable, quality service oriented information manager that effectively and efficiently supports the college’s pursuits for academic excellence in instruction, research, extension, and community service.

Our Goals

1. To provide functional and responsive support to the College’s curricular offerings in nautical, liberal arts, education, agriculture and fishery courses.

2. To provide efficient delivery of services to students, faculty and community.

3. To upgrade library materials and physical facilities for a dynamic, efficient and effective library service.

4. To strengthen the community involvement and research capabilities of faculty, staff, and students.

5. To provide fast and easy retrieval of information through computerization of library services and operation.
